Tall Ships Landing

Tall Ships Landing was developed to be a waterfront resort in the Brockville (1,000 Islands) area. Phased areas for this project include lobby, library, games room, party room, fitness centre with an indoor salt water pool, club house lounge, waterfront grill restaurant and indoor parking garage. The final phase of this project was a 26,000 square foot Discovery Hall Aquatarium with exhibits for the Tall Ships Enthusiast.
Our firm was responsible for providing all material and labour to complete the HVAC, insulation, controls and air balancing scope of work.
