Student Residence – Lennox/Addington House
This 177,000 square foot, 10 storey student residence included single suites and double occupancy suites, as well as, common area/lounge and laundry facilities.
Our firm was responsible to provide all equipment and labour to complete all HVAC, Plumbing, Insulation, Controls and Air Balancing scope of work.
HCI / V-SIM Building
This two, six-storey building project included laboratories, classrooms and uniquely designed interior mechanical rooms which boast a large custom designed air handling unit to accommodate the extensive size of these buildings.
